Extra-Curricular Activities

Sports Clubs:

Our afterschool sports clubs are led by sports coaches from The Inspire Group.  They take place 3.215-4.15pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. School PE kit must be worn for all clubs.

The range of clubs available change each term and are currently free of charge to pupils as they are funded by the Sports Premium and Pupil Premium grants the school currently receives. Booking information is sent to parents towards the end of the previous term, and places are assigned on receipt of the sign-up slip, according to spaces available. A reserve list is held should any spaces become available during the term.

Please be aware that as limited spaces are available for each club, in the case of oversubscription, priority for places will be given to children who have not attended a club before and to children who are in receipt of Pupil Premium, so that as many children as possible get the opportunity to take part over the school year.

Singing Club:
In Singing Club take place 3.15-4pm every Monday afternoon.  Any children in Years 2, 3, 4 , 5 or 6 are welcome to join us.

During Singing Club, we sing vocal exercises to warm up; we practise singing songs altogether and in parts and we learn songs for our Young Voices event and some Christmas songs in late November/December.
